WE = good receipt (or goods receiving, but SAP uses "receipt")
I would consider "Warenannahme" to be an acceptance step done during goods receipt, and probably call it "goods acceptance". SAP calls it "Receiving", but it only appears as part of "Shipping and Receiving". I would *guess* that "Receiving" is the department, "goods receipt" is the activity, but even there I'm not sure that's true.
